So, we recently opened a new office in Alor Setar, Kedah, and I usually order from cafféCaffe Diem to improve employees’ productivity and keep the Environment Friendly in the office. A couple of months ago, I happened to visit this Place after dinner, when I was looking for drinks like tea or Coffee while driving Across Alor Setar. I asked Google about nearby cafés, and it suggested Caffé Diem as the top result.

Customers Review about Caffe Diem Malaysia
Shawn Lourdusamy
I came across this café while wandering around, and the banner outside practically dared me to grab a cup.
The place has a charming, old-school shop lot vibe, and the staff are incredibly welcoming.
But the real star? The coffee. Absolutely phenomenal. I tried the flat white, kopi susu, and the Gula Melaka Shakerato—which quickly became my favorite. I have a feeling this spot is going to become my daily coffee fix!

I had a meal here with friends and tried a few dishes that really stood out. The Greeno Curry—a mildly spicy green curry pasta with mussels and sliced beef—was packed with fresh ingredients and wonderful aroma. The chicken chop was equally impressive: juicy, tender, and served with a flavorful pepper sauce. Highly recommended!
For drinks, the Chinatown Sunset and Honey Oat-presso were definite highlights—definitely worth trying.
Service was excellent overall. You order at the counter, but the staff were polite, helpful, and attentive.
The décor gave off a nostalgic vibe, with a chill, relaxed atmosphere. There are tables of various sizes across both floors, perfect for hanging out with friends or enjoying some me-time.
I would highly recommend this place and would gladly visit again whenever I’m in the area. Keep up the great work!

The name’s Vincent lim, and if you couldn’t already tell, I’m absolutely mad about Malaysian food. Like, legit obsessed. Some people dream about tropical beaches or partying all night – I fantasize about stuffing my face with the most mind-blowing dishes this country has to offer. Pretty weird huh? But I wouldn’t have it any other way!
See, I’m a true blue Malaysian foodie, born and raised. While most kids had posters of celebrities or athletes on their walls, I was pinning up pictures of sizzling satay and kaya toast. My friends would beg their parents for the latest video games or toys – I just wanted them to take me to try nasi kerabu or laksa Sarawak. You could say I was wired differently right from the start.
