Customer Review about Madam Croffle Menu Malaysia
Muhammad Ikmal
I was looking for a good snack and found these croffles—they’re seriously one of the best options for anyone with a sweet tooth. I paired mine with a latte that was really refreshing and full of flavour.
What I liked is that it’s not just croffles on the menu; there are also bingsu, sandwiches, and plenty of other dishes to try. The atmosphere was upbeat, and most of the staff were welcoming, though a couple looked a bit worn out, which is understandable.
If you love desserts, this is definitely a place I’d recommend visiting.
Aaira Zulaikha
The Croffle was tasty and worth trying, but unfortunately, the service didn’t match the quality of the food. One staff member came across as rude and unhelpful, ignoring my questions and showing no effort to engage with customers. Unless things improve, it would be difficult for me to return. The owner should take note and act on this.

The name’s Vincent lim, and if you couldn’t already tell, I’m absolutely mad about Malaysian food. Like, legit obsessed. Some people dream about tropical beaches or partying all night – I fantasize about stuffing my face with the most mind-blowing dishes this country has to offer. Pretty weird huh? But I wouldn’t have it any other way!
See, I’m a true blue Malaysian foodie, born and raised. While most kids had posters of celebrities or athletes on their walls, I was pinning up pictures of sizzling satay and kaya toast. My friends would beg their parents for the latest video games or toys – I just wanted them to take me to try nasi kerabu or laksa Sarawak. You could say I was wired differently right from the start.
